  • Armed Response

  • Guarding Services

  • Alarm Systems and Installations

  • Cybersecurity Analyst Services

All services are subject to availability, site assessment, and agreement terms between the client and Silent Security.

  1. Client Responsibilities
    Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information

  • Cooperating during site assessments and installations

  • Ensuring timely payments as agreed

  • Notifying Silent Security of changes to the premises or risk level

  1. Payment Terms
    Payments must be made in accordance with the service agreement or invoice. Late or missed payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

  2. Service Limitations
    While we aim to provide optimal security, no service can guarantee complete protection against criminal activity or unauthorized access. Silent Security is not liable for incidents beyond our control.

  3. Cancellations and Terminations
    Either party may terminate services with written notice according to the terms in the service agreement. Early termination fees may apply where specified in the agreement.

  4. Intellectual Property
    All content, branding, and materials on our website or in service documentation are the property of Silent Security and may not be reproduced without written permission.

  5. Privacy
    We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

  6. Liability
    Silent Security will not be liable for:

  • Loss or damage resulting from misuse of systems or client negligence

  • Force majeure events including strikes, natural disasters, or internet failures

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

    These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
